Common questions
What if all 8 sponsorships in my region are taken?
You join the queue. When a sponsorship expires (every 30 days), the next provider in the queue is offered the spot. We'll email you when one opens up.
Can I sponsor more than one category or region?
Yes. Each (category × region) is its own sponsorship. You can pick as many as you want, paid separately.
Do I need to be NDIS-registered?
You don't have to be — many great providers operate via plan-managed and self-managed participants — but registered providers are verified and shown with a green badge.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel renewal any time. The current 30-day period runs to the end (no pro-rata refunds).
Why a 30-day cap with rotation?
It keeps the marketplace fair when demand is high. If nobody else is queued for your region, you keep your placement indefinitely.
What kind of reporting will I get?
Monthly impressions and click-throughs at minimum. Detailed analytics are on the roadmap.
